## Operating Window
- Daily auto-update: 16:00 HKT (HK close) + 16:00 ET (US close)
- Day-trade only: 4 PM HKT / 4 PM ET close by, no overnight holds (3-day timeout enforced)
- Universe refresh: every 5 trading days (200 HK + 200 US)

## Operating Rules (Active)
- Anti-Chase: BLOCK BUY + m≥60 + optimistic + today≥+3%
- Anti-Knife: BLOCK SELL + pessimistic + today≤-3%
- Conservative BUY: 6-filter mean-reversion (US only, n=16, 81% WR paper)
- HSI Bear Gate: HSI chg ≤ -1.5% suppresses BUY signals
- 3-day timeout: force close any position held >3 days
- Data Guard (2026-08-02): if MA20/MA50/RSI14 all missing, force HOLD
